How big is Czech budget in 2017?

At the start of this year the Czech budget was shown to have been 61.77 billion Crowns in surplus from 2016. This was far above the expected 20 billion Crown surplus and the first budget surplus since 1995. This is supposedly down to higher growth in the economy and a rise in employment (and thus higher tax returns) as well as higher income from the European Union.

As of May 5th the Czech central bank has also raised its forecast (into 2018) of the public sector surplus to 1.1% of GDP, above the initial 0.8% estimate. t has already lowered its estimate of public debt for 2017 to 35% of GDP (from 36.7%) and estimates 2018 will see public debt drop to 32.8% of GDP.
