[email protected] is my vote. I agree that [email protected] is too long. Having the first initial will also eliminate same first name duplicity.

I prefer [email protected].

At a very early-stage [email protected] is OK, but when the team grows later, it could cause troubles in case of the same first names. Therefore I would be for systemic approach from the beginning... :)
