Is accepting Syrian refugees from Turkish camps a good deal for the EU member states?

What makes people a good deal? I can tell you about a Syrian refugee I know, who grew up in Damascus and was a barber there before moving to Dubai where he made a big impression working in the finance and marketing operations of a big institution. He's ended up in Britain, where after working with a Muslim bank and impressing them with his energy and ambition, he created an online retail business that he ran successfully to develop his entrepreneurial skills. He's now collaborating with a university and a marketing business on new projects. So yes - there's one example of a Syrian refugee who's a good deal in purely economic terms. And there are other ways in which people's contributions can be of value - within the communities they are part of, through their personal qualities, and their skills with arts, crafts, and food. I wonder what value Syrian refugees in Turkish camps could bring to the area you live?
