What percentage of new immigrants to Europe are employed one year after their arrival?

According to a European Commission report in 2016, "unemployed EU migrants make up less than 5% of migrant Jobseeker's Allowance claimants across the EU, with fewer than 38,000 claiming benefits". That tells me that, in fact, migrants are arriving in their country of choice and quickly becoming integrated in society and making a living, which proves that if they haven't already secured a job before arriving, they're doing so quickly once they've moved. If the statistics are correct, that means 95% of immigrants to Europe are employed within one year after their arrival which, undoubtedly, surpasses the employment rate in many European countries, including the United Kingdom. Of course, that raises questions about whether new immigrants are in fact ‘taking jobs’ from natives, but I can’t imagine that being case as most jobs adopted by immigrants seem to be low-skilled or very high-skilled, which tells me that natives either don’t want to do the job or are not qualified enough to even be considered for high-skill roles that many immigrants are filling.
