There are various civil society organisation but I will share my thoughts on these that impress me the most.

The first one is an organisation that developed the mobile application Civi. Its aim is to help ordinary people to solve everyday problems for which the public authorities are responsible. It gives you the opprotunity to report a specific problem like dangerous facade or unavailability of public buildings for disabled people, etc. After the problem is described, a qualified team continues to work on the case. The benefit here is that the group not only submits a complaint to the responsible authorities but also is following how the matter is solved. I see that the app becomes more popular, downloaded and used which makes me believe that people around me are inspired to change the things they dont't like.

Another motivating example is the platform for volunteers TimeHeroes .I see this as an important factor since the development of a civil society is based also on mutual care and understanding of the needs of the others. The Heroes participating give a great example how it doesn not cost a fortune to make others happy.

I will for sure point Teach for Bulgaria here . It is an organisation that hires young people who do not have education to teach but are willing to do so. Quite often the participants in the programme have graduated in foreign universities but have decided to come back in Bulgaria and do their best to change our reality. The fact that all of them are determined to improve the educational system despite the difficulties is more than inspiring. This group of professionals who think outside the box are the ones who form the opinions and further develop the civil society here.
