I think the best way to support leadership there is to let things go with the flow. The best way to help a country is to let them make their own mistakes. Countries and populations learn from the mistakes in History and the effects those mistakes had in the whole country, the best way to help them evolve is to let them learn by themselves. If we tell a country how to lead, how to vote, how to decide, the people won’t be able to think for themselves and that won’t help the country at all.
