What should our company emails look like?

At a very early-stage [email protected] is OK, but when the team grows later, it could cause troubles in case of the same first names. Therefore I would be for systemic approach from the beginning... :)

ambitious ....If we start with n.surname & cooperate with one j.smith@, then if the second John Smith is recruited, he can receive john.smith@ email which is still cool and we'll have a problem only with the third John Smith? What to do with the 2nd/3rd John Smith email? :)
