Propose new logo

Great work! I must say I like the last one the best (it is the most universal/inclusive, and it looks both like a globe and an 'O'). I would probably only make the globe slightly darker in a bluish color!

still like best the one with Americas :)... if last glObe is a different colour it really looks like improve is a separate word...

hehe maybe better with a globe that doesn't have obvious countries outlined? also, would you prefer it in the darker green? I'll try with the lower case "i". maybe the globe could be in orange?

nice, targets the US/Brazil market ;) ... would "i" not look better small, with a dot?
