How can corruption be tamed among political leaders.

Corruption can be tamed among political leaders by simplifying the political process, requiring transparency, and teaching people about politics and leadership. Understanding and following any political process today is equivalent to wondering through a thousand-acre maze. There are processes, systems, and protocols built on top of each other so that unless you live in that environment, it is almost impossible to understand and really see what is happening. The political system has been built over the last century to hide its inner-workings and reflect what it wants people to see. This has been slowly changing with the intervention of the internet and with social media. Another piece to this is that we are not taught how to be politically correct or how to be good leaders. As with many important things in life it is assumed that if you are running for a political position or in one, that you are knowledgeable about politics and can lead. So, maybe it is a change in people’s perspective and assumptions that will inevitably tame corruption among political leaders.
