What are the migrant laws for EU countries?

European Union Member States has some common laws for migrants.EU member states has a special term for the migrants inside the EU: Privileged Migrants. These privileged migrants can move freely inside EU and they do not require permission from the officials. Citizens of non-EU countries need special permission from the officials to enter the EU member states. They are required to submit visa applications along with the proofs of their identity.

For asylum seekers, EU member states provide them protection according to international law, and they never force them to go to the area where their or belongings are under threats. EU has completed a set of laws known as CEAS, under which all the states are supposed to protect the rights of asylum seekers and refugees. However, the implantation of this law varies across Europe.

Immigration policies of EU member states are now restricted. EU have not only to compete with other business places i.e. USA, China but it also has to attract the skillful third world nationals. The main aim of present EU policy is to bring highly skilled migrants to Europe in order to balance the requirements.
