If all countries stuck to the Paris agreement, would it stop the climate change?

I don't know if all countries sticking to the Paris Agreement would completely stop climate change, but it would certainly help. The main goals of the Paris Agreement are to keep the global average temperature to well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels, increase the ability to adapt to the adverse impacts of climate change and foster climate resilience and low greenhouse gas emissions development, in a manner that does not threaten food production, and making finance flows consistent with a pathway towards low greenhouse gas emissions and climate-resilient development. The Paris Agreement holds individual countries accountable for their CO2 emissions, especially the United States, China, and others who supply the largest CO2 emission percentages in the world. I think the adaptability of the Paris Agreement is a positive way for countries to navigate slowing, and hopefully, stopping climate change. The Paris Agreement may not be enough to completely stop this change in climate, but it is an ambitious, goal-oriented plan that leaves me very optimistic.
