What is the easiest thing teachers could do more to improve education?

One thing I believe teachers could do to improve education is to be more present when teaching their classes. Nowadays, a large number of students complain that lecturers for example are just simply 'reading of the slides' from their presentations, which lacks engagement, when students can read them alone at home anyway. It's important for them to create a motivational teaching atmosphere which envigorates students instead of leaving them disinterested and bored.

In a world where technology is growing and to some extent making people more lonely, with reports of depression and isolation among youths on the rise - it is important therefore that teachers are aware of these issues, and make students increasingly aware of such issues by providing a stimulating teaching experience.

Probobly be more aware of the impacts of change in terms of the Western education system and adopt technology to the greatest extent that they can for those outside of those economies.

There is widespread acknowledgement that we are in one of the greatest eras of change in history. There is pressure, implicit and explicit, from new workplace habits and corporate titans for schooling to adapt. However not all of this change can be seen to be positive for the general wellbeing of society - digital addiction is now a known condition. Online bullying replaces classroom and shcool yard bullying as a mayor area of concern. Grooming of children used to be something that had a possibility of being noticed....now it can all take place online. Education and it's digital impact on children needs to be considered in it's entirity...

For non developed economies its IT's impact on Education could be a game changer...in particular if access to software such as Coursera could be state sponcered
