How to reduce the number of homeless people in rich Prague?

It is very difficult to get homeless people in such a rich city as Prague to become more responsible for themselves and start working. There are many places in Prague that help homeless people. Whether it is a hostel where people have the opportunity to wash their clothes, sleep in a clean bed, and eat or run food, or places where homeless people can get a good meal at a low fee. Nowadays, when there is very low unemployment in the Czech Republic, there is a great job surplus. Mostly, therefore, it is not a problem to get a job and therefore to have both health and social insurance. But the problem is the fact that most people do not want to work. In Prague it is easier to try to sit down on the street and literally get some money out. I know about a man who tried for one day the role of the homeless in the center of Prague, and he earned CZK 1700 a day. In truth, they have not earned so much money in their jobs. So it seems easier to stay homeless. The situation would undoubtedly worsen if we accepted refugees, because if they do not work in Germany, which has a very good social system, why should they start working in the Czech Republic? In the meantime, they would either leave the republic and go to another country to try their luck, or they would also become problematic criminal or homeless people living on the street.
