For me, if the particular relationships are really of a servant leadership type, it is no likey one member to take advantages over another. What I mean is that if a kind of leadership is established, it is supposed to have some organisation and hierarchy. A servant leader sets the example for the others by working sometimes even harder than them, but he is not the only one doing the job. As a leader, he continues to have the responsibility to evaluate the processes going on in the team and to guide its members. I think that an andvantage can be taken if the structure is not clear and the group is more like an anarchy than a well-coordinated team. On the other hand, if we discuss the matter from a more global perspective, in every society there are people who benefit from the work of the others but probably a true leader won't see it that way. He/she will be satisfied that his/hers efforts are not pointless.
