Examples how civil society leadership has improved in Czechia?

Civil society is, in my opinion, an intermediate step between family and the state. Civil societies are very important to the functioning of the state - for example, because they give citizens the opportunity to influence the state's activities through various organizations. At the same time, they can create a sense of belonging to citizens and, in other words, loyalty to the state. In my opinion, thanks to civil organizations, there is also better communication between the citizen and the state.

There are several types of institutions in the Czech Republic that are part of civil society. Let's say, for example, non-governmental non-profit organizations, various interest groups, business communities, religious organizations, or professional associations.

These civil societies are differently successful in communication in the Czech Republic, whether with the state or with the public, and it is certainly also given by way of leadership. These organizations are certainly a very good way to learn how to be a leader, and I think they are getting much better in this! Organizations have to communicate with different subjects, so they have ways to communicate and gain experience.

I think organizations in the Czech Republic have improved in recent years mainly in the professionalism of their presentation. They often have professionally designed websites, public communication is held by experienced people in the industry, keeps pace with time and responds well to novelties in legislation as well as to those brought by modern times.
