In my opinion, the only efficient and right way to support leadership in Croatia long-term, is through education. Education is fundamental in this because first of all we need to prepare all potential leaders for their role in society, and the only way to do that is by giving them knowledge about all the important aspects of modern life such as economy, policy, managment, social intelligence etc. It is important that they learn on examples of good leaders from the past and avoid mistakes that cost Croatia a lot in not so distant past.

We can support leadership in Croatia by enhancing education in school on democracy, citizenship, civil society and on politics in general. Of course, a law that describes civil society associations and its obligations and rights has to be defined properly so we can know all associations doing their job in transparent and equal way.

There are many reforms that need to be done. Their final effect should be society without centralization, restrictions on entrepreneurship, complicated bureaucracy and other measures that inhibit economical growth. That would take leadership in a whole new level.
