Civil society leadership in Lithuania is of lesser quality in comparison to Western Europe or the Northern Europe. This is mainly because that there aren't any great or significant events that would've led to a point, where both the society or the government would've taken a turn to make any action about civil society leadership. Right now, the scale of civil society leadership in Lithuania is very low and at this point it exists mainly at smaller society levels but not in a country nationwide.
