It is rightly put by Dinesh that not only the refugees but also the issue of Palestinians is now almost forgotten. The world has shifted its attention from Palestinian refugees to Syrian refugees in order to deal with the latest crisis. But it had been said earlier that the issue of Palestinian refugee’s settlement was resolved somehow. They were settled down in many Arab states near them. Among them there were around 10,00000 refugees settled in Syria before Syrian civil war. Although Palestinian refugees were not given citizenship of Syria, but they had rights to move, work and get education freely. Many of them had shifted to houses from the camps and started their lives peacefully in Syria. When the civil war started and the residents started moving to other countries these Palestinian refugees suffered the most. They were not allowed to enter the neighboring countries e.g. Turkey and Jordan, because they didn’t have a Syrian citizenship. They are then referred as “twice refugees”. As a result of this war these refugees were compelled to move to Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, where the living conditions are miserable. After the Syrian civil war started, these refugees are most ignored and forgotten.
