Is there a difference in treatment given to Syrian compared to other refugees in Turkish camps?

Turkey had always been an easy route for Asians to reach Europe. I knew many people from subcontinent who reached Turkey and then Greece in order to enter Europe. So Turkey had always been dealing with refugee issues even before Syrian civil war. Now after the civil war imploded in Syria, caused a great flow of refugees from Syria to Turkey. Turk-Syrian border is thought to be the easiest border to cross. Many refugees from Syria settled in Turkish camps and tried to enter Greece through sea. Europe and Turkey made deal on regulating this migration by stopping it through seas and EU has granted funds to Turkey in order to keep Syrian refugees in the country. So Turkey faces huge pressure of foreigners on its shoulders and eventually it never treats the refugees from other countries the way it treats Syrian refugees.
