Have you ever wanted to lead?

No, I never wanted to lead. I don’t have the right personality to lead, if I really had to I could lead but it would drain me and I wouldn’t be happy. I don’t like the idea of having followers and having to meet their expectations and I also don’t like the idea of being an influence over someone, I never felt comfortable with having someone do as I say or listening to my every word. I don’t have enough self-confidence to be comfortable with having followers. Leading is also a huge responsibility and I never felt ready or motivated to shoulder that responsibility. I guess I was never interested enough in it to make it seem worth it.
