Have you ever wanted to lead?

When the situation comes when I'm sure I can lead to reach the goals, I will lead. I'm a type of person who can't sit still when I know I can do something. And for some events which I led, they were successful. I want to lead because I believe in me. I may not be the smartest or the richest woman, but I 'm confident with my skills and characters. In a situation where there is someone better than me offering to lead, I will happily step back and support him/her.
