Yes, because every leader needs a mentor to be followed. The mentor could be the higher leader in the organization, someone famous related to the organization's field, a lifestyle guru or a religious leader. Someone with more knowledge and experience whom the leader can learn something from. This will make a leader to grow and learn continuously.
