Can a leader also be a follower?

I also support the opinions shared before. For me, as it is in the majority of everyday situations, the best way to define a good leader is by the Yin and Yang picture. In every good leader there is a part that shall be open to new ideas and ready to follow which makes the right balance in a person. Also, a successul mentor will not hesitate to accept ideas from the others if they are innovative and aim-oriented which makes the difference between motivator and a mediocre boss.
