I share the opinion of the others members - being a leader is not enough to be happy, at least for me. If you are a leading type of character, it might help you feel satisfied or even on cloud nine. However, happiness is not only the successful work or the big team and salary but also the new experiences, the moments with family and friends. I see it as a great personal characteristic of a mentor to dream not only for professional achievements but also for a balance in his personal relationships. This sets the example that work shall not be the sole motivating power even for the people on high positions. Furthermore, a true leader is not focused on being such. That is why becoming a leader is not a measurement for happiness or achieved goals.
