Being a leader in itself is certainly not a recipe for how to be happy. On the contrary, I think being a leader can often be very frustrating. The leader usually has a big responsibility and he/she is exposed to stress, but also to great pressure to be accurate, flexible, and people looked to him/her as someone infallible. And such a sense of responsibility can easily lead to frustration, stress and depression. Many leaders seek consultations with psychologists to learn how to handle stress. Often because they are successful in their work, but unfortunately this kind of happiness does not mean that they will be happy in his/her personal and hence lifetime. What is luck? It is definitely something else for everyone. It can be a happy family, a finance account, a big house, a new car ... Not always is luck connected with material things. Someone who lives from pay to pay is much happier than a rich man who counts millions. The feeling of happiness, in my opinion, does not lie directly in the material background, but especially in ourselves. No one can deliver it to us and no one can take us. It's just about setting our priorities and setting our minds.
