Is being a leader a recipe for happiness?

It may be one of happiness "ingredients" but not a full recipe of it. Leadership and happiness are two words that are almost never found in a positive sentence. Leadership requires hard work, knowledge, and characters to bring everyone in the organization to have the same mission and vision. One of the mission can be happiness, and usually not just personal happiness, but also for the members and communities. When you set your goals not only for profit but to people to gain more benefit, the happiness when it is achieved will spread dispersedly and the joy of your surroundings would fill your heart with so much more happiness.
