What is the easiest way to become a leader?

By having a family. In my religion, a husband is a leader in his family and a wife is a leader at home. Thus, when a man is declaring a marital vow to his partner, he’s unofficially a leader. It may sound against the feminism, but there’s further explanation in this context. A man must be respected in the family, in turn he has to cherish his wife, treat her nicely, never speak aloud to her, and help her with her chores. All the decisions are made with mutual agreements .A wife is also a leader in the household. She takes care and educate the children and be the one to depend to when in need. As the person who is mostly at home, the child/ren will look at her mother as a leader, in the absence of the father. The child/ren should feel save because they have someone to depend on. This is a community bounded by love.

There is no easy way to become a leader. The path to becoming a leader means that it should accompany the set of experiences that throw multitudes of challenges on you. This is the most essential part of becoming a leader. Losing out all these challenges and the learnings they accompany would result in not reaching the intended leadership experience at all. Emphatically, the most important thing about leadership is that it is not value free. Leadership comes with a huge value and most often it is about the opportunity cost of the leadership role itself and the decision making skills one requires in order to stay at that catch twenty two situation and still make the best of decisions, which in turn is not easy.
