Ignorant and proud. A leader can’t be a good one if s/he acts like s/h doesn’t need anybody else, that every achievements are from s/he hard work only. It’s like when you’re the captain of the ship, and you’ve led your ship through a storm. It’s impossible that you’ve achieved that by yourself, without the crew holding the sail or balancing the ship. When you’re ignorant, your member will not be inspired by you and only see the work/task as something they had to do properly. They will never give their best to their work because they know they won’t be appreciated. And proud is one of the biggest sins because it will make you become so ungrateful that you will be so full of yourself and can’t see what the reality is. When it’s set in, it will be too late to fix everything. A leader with these characteristics can be noticed immediately, because it will show in how the leader behave and his/her body language, which will not be inspiring to the surroundings. It is important to have the rice-paddy phylosophy, "the more it gains, the more it bows". Be more humble when you get more achievements, then you will always have your both feet firmly on the ground.
