Which characteristics of a leader do you dislike?

Disrespectful, stubborn, proud and the superiority feeling. Many leaders believe they are superior than their followers, a leader isn’t superior to anyone, we are all humans and no one is superior to anyone. Due to the superiority feeling many leaders end up disrespecting their followers being they think of them as inferior and many times they end up treating the followers in really bad ways as if they weren’t human. Also because of the superiority feeling they are proud and stubborn refusing to listen to anyone else and refusing to do thing any other way besides their way, this stops the organization from evolving because they stop learning ways to improve themselves and the organization.
