Can we lead without charisma or money?

When talking about leaders, money is a confidence booster for sure, it gives perception of power and the more money you have, the more profit you can achieve, so rich leaders appear as powerful and good leaders. But the real truth comes when we put the money out of the equation. Without it, we can clearly see which leader is more intelligent, more flexible, has better ideas and organisational skills etc. Generally speaking, it is easier to lead with money than without it, but it is possible to lead either way. In my opinion charisma is the key for being a goood, respectful leader. It is what makes the difference between bad,good and great leaders. Natural born leaders are enriched with charisma from the start while others can adapt according the situation, and ''pick up'' some pieces of charisma along the way.
