Yes, it is possible to lead people without money, but I think it is impossible to lead people without having charisma. We can also say that you should be a natural leader. If you are, you can make good money for your business, but if you do not have charisma and can not take people, they will certainly not follow you, and you can not be a good leader either.

Charisma would be described as something like a personal charm. It's just that feeling when someone comes into the room, and you'll notice him/her right away. You want to talk to the man, you want to be close to him. But can charisma be learned? In my view, you can support the charisma at least. It is certainly worthwhile in communication to really listen to your counterpart and maintain eye contact. And also remember what the person says. There is nothing more embarrassing than forgetting the name of the person with whom we communicated within five minutes.

Certainly do not underestimate body language - but there are many articles available on the internet and many books have been published. Speech of body tells us much more than we wish many times.

And last but not least - we must first believe in ourselves. Have enough self-confidence and realistically evaluate their qualities and know about their weaknesses. But if we do not believe ourselves, how can we want others to believe us?
