Why should we choose passionate leaders over higher income?

Passionate leaders can contribute to any follower’s personal and professional development phenomenally. There is no objective answer as to personal and professional growth being valued higher than a high income.The answer to this again is subjective. If a follower prefers to have a career of learning and development, it shall be under their own discretion that they choose so. If a follower chooses to have a higher income, it shall again be under their own discretion to do so. One cannot objectively state that the choice was right or wrong.
