Being a young professional, I come to this dilemma every now and then. It is difficult to make such a decision because without a doubt money is important. However, my choice is the passionate leader and the reason is quite simple - we spent more than one third of the day working. So what will be the result if the only motivation for going to work is your salary? Frustration, depression, lower self-esteem and so on.

On the other hand, a successful leader will be able to provoke interest, to increase the productivity of the team but not disrespecting personal needs of its members. What else makes me so certain in my view is the believing that if you are interested and focused on your job, at some point these will result in a higher income.
