Why should we choose passionate leaders over higher income?

Passionate leader will distribute his/her vibrant spirit throughout the organization. Everyone will look upon her/his and want to make as much contributions as they can give. When it’s only about money, you will start counting how much effort you’d give based on what you’re given. You only focus what task you’re appointed to and do it based on instruction. Just like a robot would. A passionate leader can make the members to start caring and investing feelings to the organization. They would become passionate to their work too. They would care for each other because they know they have to work together to reach the leader’s vision which had become their own vision too. Getting ready to work won’t be harder with a passionate leader, than come to the work only for counting the end of day.
