Leaders should pay special attention to their health. If they are running very responsible and high position, they should keep in mind health is important too.

In regards to type of care, I think they should watch out on their psychology and successfully manage stress. It can be done through meditation which helps calming the mind, enhances concentration and gives clarity in making decisions.

Phsycal activity can help reduce stress and make feeling better about their body: exercises, running, different sports. Healthy food is also important: regular meals are there to give us all necessary vitamins and strength so we can go trough the whole day.

And we should not forget the rest at home or through some other fun activities. It all depends on what type of person is the leader.
