We want it because it will bring you more than work satisfaction. A servant leadership fruits a closer community. Each member cares for one another and work together to achieve. These are some of the servant leaderships’ compensations and reasons to get energized to work every morning. If you feel not compensated by it, it means you’re doing it the wrong way. Maybe you serve too much and forget to lead, which makes work becoming tiresome. Leadership is still the key here. You have to make it clear to everyone in the organization about the goals you want them to achieve, how they can achieve the goals, and you will supports them in every step of the way. But from time to time, you still needs to give them sense of your leadership.
