Why should we choose passionate leaders over higher income?

When comparing passionate leaders and higher income, in a way, we are comparing two different styles of leadership. My opinion is that we should choose passionate leader because he is the one who will motivate and enourage his employees and actually make them want to come to work. Stress and work pressure would be minimized as much as possible because everyone's minds wouldn't be focused just on reaching certain amount of money. The thing about money is that even if we earn a fortune, our happiness and content would be temporary and after that we would still fell empty and unsatisfied. That's why we should always choose passionate leaders because then our life wouldn't be determined by our bank account and our profession. Our job would be just a part of our lives which makes us feel good about ourselves, not miserable.
